I like it. Marketing is definitely increasing I. The arena of Social Media. People don't want a billboard or an ad. They want something more personal... And Social Media is the current solution. Great thoughts from my friend, danfo!

Thanks David. I just looked and some recent back-end edits to my website had affected my layout proposal. If you didn't see it, it's visible now, above.

It may or may not help – but I tried online dating briefly and (similar to what you described) was bombarded with messages. It got REALLY confusing, felt really overwhelming and left me uncomfortable with the whole thing. I tried responding to messages – even when what I had to say was, "I'm sorry, but I don't think we're a good match." but found that a) There were just too many to respond to, making it feel like a part time job and b) when I DID send a carefully and kindly worded reply that indicated a lack of interest I sometimes received REALLY rude and even insulting replies (not something you would ever do, I realize).

I curtailed my foray into online dating pretty quickly. But friends have told me that some of the ones that limit matches and don't allow browsing (the ones that send you a "Here are three potential matches we found you today" type thing based on personality quizzes, etc) are more pleasant. And if the experience is less overwhelming and unpleasant for the women using the site, maybe they would be more likely to respond to all their messages?

So you may just want to try a different site. We have a co-worker who found his wife online, after all.
